Most smart, capable people are not at their best with a camera pointed at them or a hearing room full of neighbors who showed up angry. However, being a powerful, compelling and empathetic spokesperson or public speaker can make the difference on whether an audience views you as authentic or as a fraud. Fortunately, it is a trainable skill.
We prepare executives, project leads, media spokespersons and technical experts to say what they mean under pressure and to come across as the credible people they already are. Our sessions are hands-on and built around the situations you are actually going to face. We put you on camera or in front of a (friendly, but mock) audience, ask the questions a reporter or a frustrated community member or elected official might ask, and give you honest feedback and work with you on how to show up authentically, honestly, and stay calm under the pressure.
